Oliver Hoffmann is a real estate broker, entrepreneur, technology founder, and aviator with 27 years of experience in the real estate industry across the United States and Europe. His real estate career began in 1999 in Cannes, France, where he built and operated a brokerage before relocating to the United States. Since then, Oliver has founded, operated, and grown multiple real estate companies across Florida and the Carolinas. Today, he serves as Broker/Owner of Pompano Beach Realty, One Charlotte Realty, and Gainesville Realty. Throughout his career, Oliver has worked across residential sales, brokerage management, business development, marketing, technology, and real estate operations. His experience as both a practicing broker and business owner has given him a practical understanding of the challenges facing agents, brokers, buyers, and sellers throughout the real estate transaction. Oliver is also the Founder of Ovenea, a real estate technology company developing “The AI Operating System for Real Estate.” Ovenea reflects his belief that artificial intelligence will fundamentally change how real estate transactions are managed, allowing professionals and consumers to operate more efficiently while reducing the administrative complexity surrounding a transaction. Beyond business and real estate, Oliver is an experienced aviator. He holds a commercial pilot license and Learjet type rating and has accumulated thousands of flight hours. His flying experience has taken him extensively throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. Aviation has reinforced the importance of preparation, precision, discipline, situational awareness, and sound decision-making—principles he carries into his business ventures. Born in Germany and raised across England, Switzerland, Germany, and France, Oliver brings an international perspective to business and real estate. Fluent in four languages, he has lived in the United States since 2003 and became a U.S. citizen in 2008. His career has been defined by entrepreneurship, an early embrace of technology, and a willingness to challenge established business models in pursuit of better ways to operate.
